Materials

ASTM F-67: Pure, unalloyed titanium. This is the safest metal for sensitive ears because it is the least likely to cause a reaction. We use this for almost all of our earrings.

ASTM F-136: Implant grade titanium. This is an biocompatible alloy containing aluminum, vanadium, and titanium. We use this for our flat back studs.

STAINLESS STEEL: We use this as a base metal for our bracelets and necklaces. We always use nickel free and lead free stainless steel. It is then plated with titanium nitride, a biocompatible material, to further protect sensitive skin.

COATING: Titanium nitride PVD is applied to our gold jewelry to give it an 18k gold color. Titanium nitride is a hypoallergenic material that is more durable and resistant to wear than gold plating.

CARE: Since the materials we use are non-tarnishing, our jewelry can be worn in the water and will not change color, rust, tarnish or turn green.

Cute but tough to put in

I am allergic to most metals in fashion jewelry. My piercings will start bleeding after an hour. Most places don't make their backs and posts hypoallergenic. I finally gave in and bought these and I am very happy. No bleeding or itching. The post trick to get the back in was very helpful. I definitely recommend getting used to screwing and unscrewing them before you try putting them in because they are so hard to line up once they're in, and it's also possibly to threat them wrong so you'll be turning and turning and it's not actually screwing in. 4 stars because I really like them and they are not bothering my ears but the threaded part is so short and so tiny it was a real challenge to get them in, like 20 minutes each earring.

I haven’t been able to wear earrings for more than a few hours before it becomes painful. I am AMAZED at these earrings - I’ve had them in for a week and haven’t had any pain or sensitivity!!

Extremely small

It’s extremely small and does not look like the size depicted. Sent customer service an email asking how to return 4 days ago, still haven’t heard back. Disappointed.

Tiny and Shiny

Perfect to sleep in because of the flat backs! I like how small they are, it's easy to wear them and pair them with almost anything. Adjust them somewhere that you can find the front if it falls off, because it is really small!
